CHECK-IN & TRAVEL: Check-In is from 1830hrs on Sundays at our Largs Yacht Haven, KA30 8EZ, with yachts returning the following Friday evening with Check-Out on Friday for about 1100hrs. There is free 24hr secure parking at Largs Yacht Haven with CCTV, 24hr reception and security patrols and 2 x EV charging bays. The nearest airports are Glasgow International and Glasgow Prestwick, with regular daily flights to/from major UKm European and International locations. There are train and airport transfer options available at less than 60 minutes' transfer time from airports to Largs Yacht Haven.

SUMMARY: This is a 7 Days/Nights Sat-Sat Yacht Charter Sailing Holiday on the West Coast of Scotland in the Firth of Clyde & Islands Sailing Area. It's a guided family yacht charter sailing holiday called SuperGroup Flotilla: You charter a sailing yacht and you are assisted and guided by 2 x Professional Yachtmaster Instructors from a Flybridge Motor Yacht who provide guidance on routing, planning, weather, and can assist you with mooring, anchoring and marina berthing. They also provide a water-taxi service to help you and your family get ashore quickly and safely and on board are stored inflatable kayaks, paddleboards, dinghy with outboard and provides safety boat cover for when you and your family are relaxing and having fun. They also provide a full yacht handover and initial yacht-specific coaching on arrival and as required throughout your sailing holiday, and will be available for technical or other assistance 24/7.   Normally 2 / 3 cruising yachts will be supported by one motor-boat with 2 x Professional Instructor / Skippers aboard, and will meet up in the evening at the same pre-planned marina, mooring bay or anchorage. We put a PPE-protected Skipper aboard from our cruising motorboats to dock and undock your yacht for you whenever you like, and when conditions get a little tricky! Our Pro Sailing Skippers provide daily guidance & advice, Pilotage Marina-Berthing Service wherever you go, on-call fast PowerBoat Transfers & Rides to local attractions when you anchor, moor or dock so you can easily get ashore and back again, as well as water-toys and safety boat support for all to enjoy the water! It's designed primarily for families & groups within a social-bubble or permitted number of households, but who are perhaps not yet experienced enough to fully bareboat charter a larger cruising yacht. We do, in fact, also see plenty of reservations from those that are already experienced yacht cruisers / charterers, but would like the additional premium options of the motor boat / skippers / water-toys / guidance / no security deposit, included fuel etc. --- ---GENERAL DESCRIPTION--- The way that SuperGroup Flotilla Charter works is that it's an Yacht Charter Sailing Holiday with 2 x Professional Yachtmaster Instructors providing 24hr close support from our Beneteau & Jeanneau Cruising MotorBoats. Read on further below so you can get a better idea of how it works: The SuperGroup Flotilla means that we help come up with an enjoyable and safe itinerary for you and your family / group, use our Cruising PowerBoats to scout ahead, and put a Professional Skipper-Pilot aboard to do any tricky docking / undocking for you, and to 'show you the ropes'. During the week you'll have free-roam sailing time, and depending on your levels of experience and confidence you can choose to do some of the berthing and docking, if you want. Our Pro Skippers are also RYA Instructors. as well aswell We take your family / group on powerboat rides for shore excursions, act as a safety / support / camera chase boat where necessary, all whilst giving you the space and freedom to sail stress-free - there's plenty of freedom to sail where you want during each day and we maintain contact with you via text-messaging and VHF Radio to let you know when and where to meet up with us - we're on hand for you but not hovering over your shoulder in the PowerBoats all day long! There's no traditional bareboat Yacht Charter Security Deposit to pay* (typically £1500.00). Check-In / Arrival is from 5pm on the Saturday through to 10am on the following Saturday - yachts will return to base on the Friday evening allowing you ample time to get ready for check-out. This gives us enough time to properly deep clean each yacht before the next flotilla / charter. This has always been our policy and 'MO' since we started operating over 15 years ago. We have never used unearned customer money to fund our business costs, just in case customers have to cancel for whatever reason and we need to refund them right away. ---QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE--- Qualifications and experience-wise, you don't need to have a lot of experience, confidence or berthing skills, but we do recommend that the lead booked / designated skipper holds at least RYA Day Skipper / ICC or 3 years' experience in command of vessel of a similar type and size. *For our SuperGroup Flotilla Charter there is NO yacht security deposit payable however as part of your Guided SuperGroup Flotilla Yacht Charter Sailing Holiday agreement you are responsible for up to £300.00 GBP for minor and preventable losses or accidental damages - e.g. burning a table with a hot pan, dropping a pair of binoculars overboard etc. We don't make any up-front charge for this liability amount, instead we agree with you in your terms and conditions a card charge facility for the unlikely event of such a minor loss or damage. We do however take a pragmatic view on such matters.
